OVERVIEW

Design with Precision

Our Engineering & Development Centre supports customers from RFQ through APQP, manufacturing feasibility, process engineering, tool design and development, manufacturing tryout, PPAP and SOP.

 

The team reviews designs for manufacturability, develops tools and fixtures, recommends process changes that improve quality or reduce cost and validates production readiness through prototypes, build samples and trial runs.

Engineering Capabilities​

Capabilities include CAD, CAM, CAE, tool design, process engineering, value analysis and value engineering, reverse engineering, welding fixtures, checking fixtures, stamping tools, progressive dies, robotic MIG/MAG welding cell automation, SPM development and structured project management.

Design Infrastructure​

Design infrastructure includes advanced CAD/CAM platforms such as Catia V5-R22, Unigraphics NX10, LS-Dyna, Inspire Form and Hexagon Radan Nesting, enabling faster development support for new programs and complex assemblies.
